1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Bee4Impact platform (the “Platform”), including any of its web or mobile services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “User”) and IT GO D.O.O., based in Varna, Serbia.
2. Description of the Platform
Bee4Impact is a digital platform that connects companies and beekeepers for the purpose of promoting sustainable development and supporting ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) reporting. The Platform offers:
Hive adoption programs,
Structured field data collection,
ESG-aligned reporting support,
Access to verified beekeeper profiles.
The Platform does not provide financial, legal, or certified ESG consulting unless explicitly stated.
3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to represent the entity (company or beekeeping business) you are registering. By submitting your information, you confirm the truthfulness and accuracy of the data provided.
4. Account Registration
To use certain features, you must register and create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it if any changes occur.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
5. Use of the Platform
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Use the platform for fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful purposes,
Upload or transmit malicious code or unauthorized data,
Copy, scrape, or reverse engineer the platform without permission,
Impersonate other users or falsely represent your affiliation.
6. Data Accuracy and Liability
Bee4Impact relies on user-submitted data (e.g. hive status, ESG preferences). While we aim to verify users, we do not guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted reports or data.
We are not responsible for:
False or misleading information submitted by users,
Actions taken based on unverified ESG data,
Failures in third-party services (e.g. payment, hosting, APIs).
Use of data provided via the platform is at your own risk and discretion.
7. Financial Transactions
All financial transactions (e.g. hive adoption payments, subscriptions) are processed through third-party services (e.g. Stripe, local payment gateways). We do not store payment card information.
Users are responsible for understanding applicable tax, invoicing, and local legal obligations associated with these transactions.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Bee4Impact platform, including text, design, code, trademarks, and logos, is the property of IT GO D.O.O. or its licensors.
You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.
9. Platform Availability & Modifications
We aim to provide continuous access to the Platform but do not guarantee uptime, performance, or uninterrupted service.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without notice.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our [Privacy Policy], which is fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679 – GDPR).
We take data privacy seriously and commit to protecting your information as described therein.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bee4Impact and IT GO D.O.O. shall not be liable for any:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities,
Claims related to ESG reporting accuracy, tax classification, or funding decisions.
In any case, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user (if any) in the preceding 6 months.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access if any Terms are violated or if user behavior presents a security, legal, or ethical risk to the platform or its users.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Šabac, Serbia.
